We had a wonderful stay. Mechealle is a terrific host. She made check in easy peasy and we were welcome by beautiful tray of mini cupcakes and chocolates. The home is just that… a beautiful, comfortable house that feels like home rather than a vacation rental. I can’t imagine it lacks anything anyone would need or expect to have. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the view is outstanding. You can even lay in bed in the master bedroom and see the view. There road in front of the house is pretty busy and you can hear the cars going by in the house. We had our 18 month old Labrador and the back yard is not fenced so we took him out on the leash each morning. There is a great off leash dog park in Ferndale a few miles away so we took him there each day to run and play with the other dogs. It was not a problem at all for us and we will definitely stay there again when we come to visit our son. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to stay an extra day!!
