The Space:

Located on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Plumas Pines, you will love the peaceful view of the greenbelt to the back of the deck. 

(Please read our House Rules before making a reservation with us. That way, we will ALL be on the same page. Thank you.)



The deck is spacious with 2 tables with seating for 8, an umbrella, bench seating and a large gas grill. 



Plus a ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment! 



Your best friend/(doggies only) will love their vacation in the mountains in this family/ pet friendly home.



Beautiful and easy to use fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.



The home has granite tile counters, travertine floors, hardwood floors.



Gas insert in the fireplace. 



There is room for coffee in the kitchen AND dining for 8 in this open concept home.



Brand new Queen bed in the middle bedroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage.



When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, just around the corner from the home! This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance of this home.



Other Things to Note:

You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum over holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.

If you let us know that you are bringing your pet (limit 2 pets) we will be adding on a $98.00 pet fee/pet to your reservation invoice. Limit 2 dogs.



Interaction with Guests:
