Located at the back end of a horseshoe shaped street near the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has access to views to the middle fork of the Feather River - one of the best backyard views in our neighborhood!
It also has a gorgeous wide spacious deck to enjoy the sun and shade with a large grassy area too. It is the perfect setting for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The home is beautifully furnished and each bedroom has its own bathroom. This home is sure to delight all of your senses and be the vacation you are waiting for! This home is also dog friendly!

Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.

**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
