Lovely house with private pool situated in a quiet residential area only 2km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystalline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 10 people. Outdoor space of 650m2 with private sea water pool (8x4m), portable barbecue area where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals, large terrace with a small view of the sea, parking and garage. The 300m2 internal space consists of a dining room with fireplace and tv. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (135 x 190cm and 150 x 190cm beds), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 x 190cm bed), 1 bedroom with trundle bed (80 x 190cm), 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Free WIFI. Youth groups accepted on request with supplement. Pets are allowed on request with supplement.



Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.

Great location but a few issues

The location is excellent with views across the town to the sea. Very spacious with a lovely pool. The terrace is small so not much room for the table which is only big enough for 6 people easily. Table should be bigger. Check in was a bit of a problem as had to collect keys from office. Towels and bed linens are extras but you have to collect them from the office I think they should be in the villa with the beds made up. One bathroom had no toilet paper the others just half a roll! The BBQ’s were old only one was usable but there was charcoal. The grill was very dirty. The villa would be better if it had air conditioning or fans, it gets very hot inside. Even though it has its faults I would go there again.

A beautiful vila in a wonderful location in Blanes. Peaceful located and with stunning views of Castell de San Guan and almost the entire Blanes coastline from a certain distance. Ideal for a lovely family holiday. The house is somewhat older than the website photos suggest.

Im Großen und Ganzen stimmt Preis,-Leistung nicht so ganz

Das Haus ist in Blanes etwas abgelegen auf einem kleinen Hügel außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Auto ist zu empfehlen, zu Fuß kaum machbar. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war auch sehr sauber, allerdings alles recht alt. Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht mehr ganz der Realität

Vacances en famille

Super séjour la villa est proche du centre mais sur les hauteurs de Blanes il faut donc la voiture pour se déplacer. La piscine est très bien, eau un peu froide en ce début de saison, bien équipée en fauteuil de jardin. La propriétaire intervient rapidement en cas de soucis. Pour les sanitaires, bien pour les deux salles de bain de l’étage mais douche du bas pas top trop petit espace.
