This cozy 5-bedroom villa is located in a peaceful residential area just 3 km from the charming town of Blanes, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday on the Costa Brava. The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests and is set on two floors, offering ample space for everyone to enjoy. It features a private swimming pool (8x4m) surrounded by a garden and beautiful sea views. The outdoor area includes a built-in barbecue and a porch, ideal for enjoying poolside meals and breakfasts. The villa is located close to the beaches of Blanes, which are known for their turquoise, crystal-clear waters.
