I made a reservation error.After realizing it at 4 am on a friday we tried to cancel.They declined saying they were sticking to their original cancellation policy.With such strict policies and procedures they charged not only for the friday night,but saturday and sunday.If they were given a customer satisfaction survey from one to ten.I would give them A ZERO....I would highly recommend that you never ever make a reservation at this motel.Book Anywhere.....Else.That was for the inconvenience of one room.....Everyone makes mistakes.I sure did in choosing this motel.

the room was quite sufficient for purpose. it was a tool not a holiday destination access for vehicles was a little restrictive but no major issue if you are going to provide spa facilities then the towels should not have to be requested. They should be in the room when you arrive

Everything was great. I would suggested to add a shower curtain to the shower room for separation. The room was amazingly clean. All kitchen facilities are here in great condition. Ans a CAT!!! It is a cloudy fluffy softiest creature i have ever seen! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
