Hotel was convenient to places we had reservations. It was a quick check-in; however, clerk did not advise breakfast info nor having phone problems. Tried calling numerous times with no answer. Had to walk to lobby to retrieve info needed.

This is a run down hotel. I was expecting better from a Holiday Inn. The ceiling has a crack running all down the room. The drywall tape was coming off. The shower was not draining properly. The toliet seat was discolored from just being old. It was very dirty between the mattress and the wall. The hallways smelt musty. The only good thing is that I didn't have any bed bug bites.

Typical of the Holiday Inn Express’s I ve stayed at, room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only drawback for me was no shampoo. All that was there was a small bar of soap. All the others stays either had small travel size bottle or the dispensers in the shower for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Drains in the bathtub and sink were slow and never did get hot water from the sink faucet. Shower hot water was great! Would stay again but bring my own shower amenities.

Staff👍 Property is in need of renovations! Bathroom was the worst!! For a handicap room it should have been in top condition. Shower head wouldn’t stay in place, toilet paper holder feel off the wall. Water drained slow, no fan to limit steam during shower. Enough said.

We stayed here for graduation weekend and I was very happy with the hotel and the service we received. I appreciated that the hotel did not require a 3 night minimum and didn't gouge the prices like many other hotels in the area. The service was very friendly. And a special shout out to the women that ran the breakfast buffet, they exemplified custoer relations - wonderful employees!
