I booked this hotel specifically because we were looking for one with an indoor hot tub. When we arrived, I found out that the hot tub and pool are under maintenance and will not be open until January of next year. Unfortunately, nowhere in Expedia, did it say that so had I known that I would not have booked this hotel? It was hugely disappointing to use my reward points for something that I honestly did not want.

This facility is managed exceptionally well by Ben, the general manager, and has one of the kindest staff members we’ve ever met, Trina. Even though we mistakenly arrived on the wrong date, they graciously accommodated our family of four children without hesitation.
