Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Don`t be fooled by the modest exterior of this complex. This spacious condo has 1,500 square feet of living area to ensure a comfortable stay. Thoughtful design and proportions are evident. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, and the lower level includes a large eat-in kitchen with an abundance of counter space, a spacious living area with comfy seating and desk, and a half bath which includes a washer and dryer.

The Hoosier Haven is located on the backside of a quiet condominium complex. The residents are a mix of students and professionals that both rent and own their homes.
