Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all trash and recycle (Trash and recycle center on HWY321 open Mon-Sat 6:30am to 7:00pm).
Leave all used beds unmade (so we know which sheets to clean before our next guests arrive!). Throw all used towels and wash rags on the floor in bathrooms (again so we know which ones to clean).
Please leave the thermostat on, just kindly lower it to 60 degrees before leaving.  That helps us save on our utilities and keeps the pipes from freezing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was quite roomy, with a king bed bedroom and bathroom, which also included a sitting room, fireplace, and office space, on the upper level. Mid-level was the kitchen and another sitting area while the bottom floor had the queen bed, small bunk bedroom, and bathroom. We had plenty of room to spread out. There was a lot of deck space on two different levels, but unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy as much as we would have liked. It’s located in the trees, totally private, and in a peaceful neighborhood. Gregory was very helpful and responded to any questions we had immediately. Great stay-thank you!
