This was even better than described. My daughter and I enjoyed a mom/daughter getaway. It was SOOOOO clean and cozy. The deck was great to take in the quietness and the hot tub was fantastic. There were games and books available. The location was great and best of all nice and peaceful. Our host was super at answering messages within an hour or quicker. She also provided info pre-arrival for dining and area sites. I would HIGHLY recommend and I would gladly re-book this home.

Best rental ever. Stocked better than any location I’ve ever stayed. They thought of everything. Also the nicest hot tub ever. Don’t think twice just book it.

Wonderful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy and quick to warm up in the winter weather. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, cookware and dishware. The thoughtful host provided clear instructions for all of the amenities and the many electronics provided. It was an easy drive into downtown Blowing Rock where we enjoyed restaurants and shopping.

Cozy Thanksgiving Getaway

We decided to take a trip to the mountains to celebrate our Thanksgiving. The Hillside Hideaway was the perfect cozy retreat for our family. There was a great view from the deck and gazebo. We enjoyed the fire pit and playing games in the house. The house has all accomodations we could need (all current appliances and amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi, TV with Netflix/Spectrum). The host was very accomodating and responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The house is close to downtown Blowing Rock and a short scenic drive to Tweetsie Railroad. We highly recommend for a family of four or less. Thank you!
