Fantastic location, walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Secure parking. Room amenities were great, having a sink, microwave and access to smart TV apps like Netflix was a bonus. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Great value, we will definitely stay again!

Did not realise that my appt was so close to the main road, on ground floor, quite exposed & noisy. TVs were bad in both rooms with unresponsive remotes & very limited channels. No information about how to use TVs. Rusty utensils in kitchen.

Its always great returning back to the leisure inn Spires inn leura close to transport ,shops and places to eat. The staff members are friendly and helpful in any situation in need of help or got questions. I stayed in the Wentworth apartment block room 30 it was clean and comfortable enough for 3 nights, but my issues were that i wasn't totally comfortable with was the neat curtain and shower screen could do with a wash due to black mould. Can't wait to return back again in the next year.

An okay stay at Leisure Spires

The apartment was a little “ tired” the kitchen cupboard doors didn’t fit well. One door wasn’t there. Needed a paint and general updating. It’s a privacy issue that they insist on copy of drivers license. We had paid in full and gave credit card details. With the scams around at the moment we are naturally wary of giving out personal details. Especially via email or text which is not secure. However good location you can walk to cafes- restaurants In Leura.

This is a great central position and would have been a fabulous stay if the property had been cleaner. There were a number of maintenance issues such as spa broken, light in bathroom broken, dryer filter on the door wouldn’t stay on when using and would fly off onto the floor, bathroom cupboards hanging off and vinyl peeling in areas. Those were liveable, but the apartment needed a good clean. bathroom needed a good going over with bleach or cleaning product. Areas of mold and general grime and dirt. I had brought my own natural cleaner having a baby and wiped down the bath which we didn’t end up using for bub because gunk came out of the jets and water intake when we filled it with water. The kitchen was clean. Just a general feel of it needing a good clean all over, including curtains. The indoor bins had gunk all on the outside and the permanent tissue box in the living was covered in grime and food. this could have been a great stay and we did love our time in Leura, but the property needs better cleaning

The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. But it would have been a bit easier if there was a lift so we wouldn't have had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Also the shower was over a very deep bath.

Great place to stay with friendly, helpful staff. It is easy to get to whether travelling by car or train. Safe, secure parking and Laundry. Korean BBQ onsite for dining was excellent. The property is right at the start of the Leura Mall which has great shops and dining options.

A great place to stay and unwind

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Leisure Inn Spires. The accommodation was neat, clean, and well presented. The only downside was that the log effect heater in the room didn't work - would have added nicely to the ambience of being in the mountains in winter. Also the Spa bath in the bathroom was not working in the room we had. Would have been nice to be informed of these when booking, or at least at check in. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Leura Mall. All the shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
