This hotel was okay. It seems expensive for an average hotel room. The room temperature was hard to regulate or control. We ended up buying a fan at Walmart. There was something very strange about the electrical outlets in our room. We had chargers plugged in but our phones would not charge. We tried multiple outlets and they all had the same issue.
The facility is new, my room had clear issues from the builder with bad drywall and blinds tracking. Checking in at major hotel chains is getting increasingly more uncomfortable and bizarre, and reflecting a DEI rather than customer centric experience. This is whittling down the options of where to stay. Major hotels, listen, it’s about the customers being comfortable, and that means hiring accordingly.
