The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!

The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten
