Owner very personable. However, our cottage, the last to be renovated, was cold, gloomy and dark. Shampoo and hair dryer not supplied and only a single power point available in kitchen.

Thank you for your review. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay although when I dropped the towels off I inquired if everything was OK and was assured they were by your wife.
: On the website is clear pictures of what the cabin is/also on our website there are 360 views so that what you book is what you get.
: We were as hospitable as possible without being obtrusive, I personally took homemade pickles to the cabin as a hospitable gesture.
: There was a hairdryer in the main bedroom draw.
: No we don't provide shampoo these are self contained cabins not a hotel room.
: You also only paid for 2 people this is one room not for the extra people you had stay. Each extra person is $20.00 per person.
: We also have no control on weather and sunshine and this also impacts on the warmth in the cabin. There is a heat pump and fire place and also heated blankets on all beds. Funnily this is winter, its cold.
Thank you but I believe you received much more than what you paid for.
: As for power points this will be rectified when we upgrade but this house was built 50 odd years ago. seriously I feel you would be better suited staying in a 5 star hotel but you won't get that for the price you want to pay.
