I did not like staying with my family at this hotel. Rooms were dirty. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Rooms had ants and all furniture is deteriorated.

I’m a true Embassy Suites fan but this one was a disappointment. The gym looks great on the surface, but most of equipment is broken. The main reason I selected this particular hotel was that the website indicated a shuttle to the beach only to find out that the shuttle hasn’t been operable since Covid. Also, you couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was missing. It was also missing in the sink. The rooms are dated but it appears that room updates are planned for 2026. On a positive note, the staff is awesome and the food was pretty good

My wife have allergy from pets. I told them I do not want pets room , but still they gave me pets room. I believer the room was not clean after previous check out. It was smelling bad. The smell of pets and the pets urination. Thank god, I had only booking for one night. Also rooms are outdate. I will not return.
