Stayed overnight before a cruise. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Please note that the hotel is undergoing renovations and there is a notice of work during the week. My overnight stay was last Saturday so the renovations did not affect us.

No hot water, no internet, very loud noise of construction. We had people out of the country for a wedding, and I put my guests there, I was very embarrassed!! And they were late for the wedding because of no water to shower.. horrible!! I had 5 rooms like this!! We will call to get our money back!!

The rooms were clean, but outdated. Although, there are some rooms were remodeled but not advertised. It definitely needs a makeover. Staff were very polite and courteous specially Melinda in food services.
