Welcome to Chartwell Haven, a very popular home tucked away in a charming neighborhood at Salmon Creek Beach. This beautiful A-Frame, two-story home is perfect for your next family escape. Located just steps from Salmon Creek Beach it's a short 5 minute walk to the sand. The home is a 2 bedroom so to speak in the main house there's 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom w/ loft w/sleeper sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, living space with large picture windows to take in the stunning views of of the Pacific Ocean, rolling sand dunes, and Salmon Creek. The second bedroom is in a detached unit in the backyard just steps from the main house, complete with 2 twins & a bathroom. Enjoy the hot tub in the fenced in back yard and the wild life along the Sonoma Coast. Chartwell Haven is centrally located just 2 miles north of the heart of town and about 1/2 hour drive to Sebastopol, Guerneville or Petaluma. Come escape away.

such a gem!

This is a fabulously clean and comfortable home near Bodega Bay.It was better than we expected!it is close to a beach (and sunsets). the beds were divine and it waa great to have the teens in another space altogether. we came from this weelend trip refreshed and well rested. thank you!

Perfect beach getaway

As a family from Reno, who are steadily exploring different CA beach locations (maybe 9th spot over the years)……this was our favorite yet. Love the town, beaches, hikes, and the house!!!The property was perfect (my wife’s statement is “favorite vrbo yet”). Great decor, well apportioned (labels etc), comfortable beds!, back house (2 17 yr olds could sleep in), great kitchen, and so close to beach for multiple visits.10 or 10

Weekend Getaway

We had a GREAT time! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The light from all the windows brightened our days. It was a bit warm in the house on the super sunny day but we opened the doors and instant air conditioning. What a wonderful way to spend a family weekend!
