The cozy 30 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed for 1 person and a French bed, plus a well-equipped kitchenette with filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy your own covered terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings at sunset.

The ecologically built detached house is located in a quiet field and forest edge location and offers a starting point for wonderful cycling and hiking trails to castles, monasteries and beer gardens on the beautiful Bodanrück. The lido, the promenade, shopping facilities and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The house is shielded from radio and W-LAN radiation. The respective terraces offer wonderful sunsets and views of pretty rose bushes, so relaxation is guaranteed.
