The 45 sqm space features a combined living/sleeping area and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. Enjoy your own private terrace, perfect for unwinding in the evenings.
The Bodenseeresidenz is located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to all the action. You can easily reach the town center in no time at all. You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes. Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep. Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort. A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home.
