The Bodenseeresidenz is located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to all the action. You can easily reach the town center in no time at all. You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes. Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep. Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort. A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home. The apartments are also low-energy thanks to the careful choice of fittings and building materials. The underfloor heating with tiles ensures a maximum healthy indoor climate. The generous use of glass surfaces ensures light-flooded, inviting rooms. The power of the sun is used as a natural source of energy.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man während eines Aufenthaltes braucht. Insbesondere haben wir die 2 Balkone genossen, einmal mit Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Lage und Wohnung!!

Pros: Das Haus steht direkt am See, sodass man abends auf der Terrasse entspannen und auf den See blicken kann. Es ist ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Sauber und sehr kinderfreundlich. Uns wurden extra Bausteine für die kleinen vorbeigebracht und weiter Spielsachen wie auch Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher sind freizugänglich. Wir waren nicht das erste mal und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal da! Rundum alle sehr nett und per WhatsApp erreichbar was eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation angeht. 100% Empfehlung!

Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung - alles super!

Pros: Der freundliche und aufmerksame Kontakt, die großen Zimmer und der Balkon, die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf den See, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, volle Barrierefreiheit wegen unseres Kinderwagens, vorhandene Spiele etc. für Kinder, schnelles WLAN... rundum zufrieden! Und wir waren "nur" an Ostern und mit einem Baby da und hätten bei wärmeren Temperaturen sogar noch viel mehr dort machen können (Strandbad etc.). Es war einfach klasse!
