The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. From the spacious entrance area, there is the fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. In the large bedroom you will find u. A. A double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Two additional beds are in the small bedroom. Here you have a pull-out bed (flat lying surface of 1,60 mx 2,00 m) available. Even a small LCD TV (DVB-S) with all connection options can be found here. Likewise, we have thought of our "little ones". A travel cot and highchair are available for free. The living area boasts Ledereckcouch with integrated sleep function. For decay of leave here a flat screen TV, and a 2 1 Blu-Ray home theater system is located. A fireplace makes the apartment cozy for the cooler season. The quality open kitchen offers all possibilities while on holiday. Page u. A. A ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and a convection oven. The living-dining area has a direct access to the spacious, partly covered, terrace. Patio furniture and a small grill, are naturally available. Eindruck durchaus gemischt

1. Eindruck: sauber, hübsch 2. Eindruck leider nicht mehr so positiv Betten nicht bezogen Dünne, teilweise kaputte Bettwäsche Schmutzige Aufleger, Matratzen, Betten Wäschepaket unvollständig und Handtücher fleckig. Bestimmt gewaschen, aber alte Flecken waren noch drin. (Fehlendes wurde hier nachgeliefert) Es fehlen: Haken im Bad, Sessel, Teekanne, oder sonstige Kanne, (nur die Kaffeema.kanne vorhanden) Müllbeutel, verschließbaren Fensterriegel (Erdgeschosswohnung!)Windschutz, (Wind kommt immer direkt ins Wohnzimmer hinein) Terassenmöbel sollen angeschlossen werden, der mitgelieferte Schlüssel passt nicht in das Schloß Die Wohnung ist für 5 Erwachsene. Auf dem IKEA Tagesbett lagen die dünnsten Matratzen, die es gibt. Schlafbreite 80cm, also zieht man es aus. Für die andere Matratze war kein Laken da (Ebenso beim Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer. Zweite Bett ohne Laken. Sehr unangenehm.) Man kann dann das kleine Zimmer nicht mehr betreten, der Durchgang ist zu schmal. Schrank steht hinten! Das Wohnzimmersofa ist zum Sitzen bequem, aber nicht zum Schlafen. Das hat garantiert keiner mal ausprobiert. Bequeme Stühle, aber sehr schwer und ohne Gleitfilze. Sie machen einen enormen Krach auf den Fliesen. Gute Küchenausstattung, Backofen, MW, Toaster, Wa-kocher + Kaffeema., die Geräte haben alle funktioniert. Große Dusche, leider ohne Ablage. Wohin mit Duschgel und Shampoo? WM + Spülma. sind sehr erfreulich, sehr gutes WLAN. Gegend sehr gepflegt, Außenanlagen schön. PP incl.

Schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden.

Sehr netter Kontakt, für 40 € Endreinigung kann man sicher sauberes Geschirr erwarten. Die Fenster waren sehr verdreckt, das haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Lage ist top, es war ein schönes Wochenende !!! Familie P.
