Second stay. First was much better.

As I said in my review from the previous stay, the property is well located, service very efficient and polite, pretty good breakfast and comfy beds. I switched to a smaller room after the rest of my party left and upon entering found it dusty. The bed had been made without a fitted sheet and the linens had small hairs and plenty of fuzzies. The toilet water kept running and the hair dryer didn’t work. The floors had not been moped. I contacted front desk and they rectified the situation promptly for which I was very thankful. I wish the second studio room had been as clean and inviting but service at this property is very helpful. Overall I’d still recommend it.

Outstanding location and service!

I love this property and location. The bed was perfect and the TV was a smart TV of at least 60 inches. I would definitely stay at this location again when I'm in Bogota! Thank you Laura for your hospitality.
