This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel.

Don’t even think to stay in this DUMP. The property is in very bad condition. The Staff is not friendly. The Room had mold on the ceiling!. The towels had holes. No hot water in the shower. The breakfast I’d serve in the basement in a very dark room. The entire hotel is horrible!

As we arrived too earlie in the morning, we were moved to Real Hotel from the same company and just one block from Black Hotel. It was a good place, very clean, with a wonderful breakfast every day. We were out visiting friends and family and came bak to sleep. All our 14 days at Real Hotel were very good. We met at reception Dalal, Camilo, Gerardo and the chef at the restaurant . All very helpful and friendly people.

More than what I expected for the price

Great rooftop restaurant for free breakfast cooked fresh for each individual guest. Clean room, updated bathroom and nightclub and wine room in the main floor. What more can you ask for.
