As we arrived too earlie in the morning, we were moved to Real Hotel from the same company and just one block from Black Hotel. It was a good place, very clean, with a wonderful breakfast every day. We were out visiting friends and family and came bak to sleep. All our 14 days at Real Hotel were very good. We met at reception Dalal, Camilo, Gerardo and the chef at the restaurant . All very helpful and friendly people.

Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.

Que mal servicio nos brindaron, aunque la reserva la hicimos en este el hotel Black, nos mandaron a otro hotel cerca, sin previo aviso a la media noche y lloviendo cuando llegamos del aeropuerto con maletas y dos niños. Eso si el mismo precio. El hotel a el que nos enviaron no tenía nada que ver con lo que reservamos. Aunque el personal de este hotel nos trato bien, no tenía ninguna de las acomodaciones que buscábamos y que si tenía el hotel Black el cual reservamos. No tuvimos ninguna disculpa o compensación alguna. Cero profesionales y no recomendado. Muy mala experiencia.

The rooms don’t have phones, upon arrival the front desk tells everybody to call on WhatsApp, but they don’t answer the phone, you have to go down in person if you have a request, the employees are instructed to lie to the guests, just to get by without solving any issue arising on my stay, The breakfast is pretty unhealthy and the refrigerator in the room doesn’t freeze at all, I bought food and got spoiled, The hotel manager doesn’t care and if complaint is given, no solution is granted to guests, just full of excuses, the worst was the cook manger in the narrow breakfast room restricted to one little space in the 8th floor where people have to squeeze to eat breakfast, this guy was mean as hell, and gave too many excuses when I confronted him for the poor service given… On top the WIFi is intermittent, and for a business trip is not reliable, I was interrupted several times, and the manager just didn’t care to fix it, this place is worthless
