Room was clean and nice. Great location. Security staff was fantastic. Thank you Fabian. It main issue is the unit didn’t have hot water. Cold / lukewarm showers on cold Bogota mornings is not fun. The NOK staff were somewhat responsive so I am ok with that. Having to pay 25$US to have sheets and towels replaced mid stay seemed a bit expensive but I can live with that. I like the unit. I like the location but the lack of hot water means I would not book again. If the hot water got resolved, I would definitely book again.
