Burning problem with shower

I always stay at Scala 68 because it´s close to my son´s house. Problem: When you´re taking a bath (shower) the cold water´s pressure suddendly and for a few seconds goes DOWN so you get only HOT water thus burning yourself. Please have the hotel check the hydro-pneumatic system (it keeps equal water pressure throughout the building).

Amazing hotel near Chapinero.

First time staying in a hotel in Bogota. This was quite the surprise. Very quaint and discreet location. Beautiful decor with a zen garden feel.

Its a simple hotel, location is great, construction next door very loud (not their fault) but disrupts your sleep very early on. This is my 3rd or 4th time dont remember, but i think will try another one..if you want to stay in your room and leave around midday they dont clean because they have a cleaning curfew.. I lost my key and they didnt replace it, when i arrived they had to go upstairs and open door for me..overall its ok for the price, people are nice ..

Great location and perks for price.

Hotel is located in the Chapinero neighborhood close to affordable upscale restaurants. Small, boutique property. Firm beds, no air conditioning as is the norm in most hotels in Bogotá. Crack the window open as soon as you check in and within a couple hours your room will be in excellent sleeping condition. The staff is definitely a highlight, Fernando is a star during breakfast, goes out of his way to provide excellent service. The hotel includes free entry to a gym across the street that I personally took advantage of and really helped get my day started with the altitude change.
