I am so disappointed of my stay. Since the first night we had situations. We was moved from rooms and still went through too many things. Both rooms were very dirty, Jacuzzi was very dirty, filled with mold in all keys. It wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it not once. No hot water and 3 day out of 6 we had no water at all. I had to bath with a bucket of cold water after a day in a 1/2 of me fighting for water and got two buckets. Then they said the water would be back a certain time and when it came my husband and I jumped in to shower, not knowing that as we were soaping the water left again. I am very upset and would like a refund back. I had to clean and scrub in my vacation. I had to buy water and incurred in expenses because of all this that weren’t part of the vacation. I requested a refund and all they kept telling me was that they have to contact Expedia to do so. I hope I get some kind of refund.

The Memorable Windsor

This hotel has great customer service. The rooms are spacious, especially the junior suites. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. However, the hotel needs to be renovated (very dated).

I really enjoy staying at the Windsor House in Bogota. The location is amazing, within walking distance of a ton of dining and nightlife. The hotel is well kept although a refurb would be welcomed. Having said that, the room and bathroom are spacious. I would like to see improvement in 2 areas. Breakfast is very light on options and they do not offer made to order eggs which was disappointing. The second was the wifi internet. It was less than 5 mbps which is really slow in today's world. This is still a wonderful property and if above issue are improved then this is among the best options in Bogota.
