There were some negative comments about this apartment and I had my concerns. BUT my personal experience with this owner was impeccable. He was extremely helpful and promptly responded to all of my text. Pleasent to speak to and gave me plenty of suggestions from getting food delivered and services to use while in Bogota. The building was also a pleasent surprised. It's very big and has a sort of 'project' style, but it is hardly that. I only saw people in passing, anyone using the lobby like myself, was only waiting for an Uber or for a delivery. No crowds of people just hanging around. The security is the highest I've experienced and if you don't have patience it might bother you. But I appreciated it. Once you go through the process, entry and exit are all controlled with face recognition and there are several security points that must be passed before you can enter or leave the building. The apartment was very clean with everything you need on your first night in. Couple bottles of water, some snacks, coffee. All enough to get you through the night in case you didn't have time to get to the supermarket. The neighborhood is busy during the day and like most cities I would take care if walking around at night alone. I would recommend staying here. Also 24 hours security.
