Would have been to k is that the hot tub was broken at check in and also nice to know there was a code for the pool and not key coded. We went to the desk twice to find out all the info. We would not have wasted our time changing if we had known the hot tub wasn’t working. Partly why we stay in hotels is for the hot tub

I was greatly disappointed in the hot tub not being clean and available. It was not even on. The swimming pool was ok but I came because a hot tub was listed. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Sarcastic responses by General Manager and walking away when talking (being dismissed). Ice machines broken on first floor (no signage). Could not use breakfast area with tables for computer work or playing cards. Ran out of cranberry juice and catsup with no signage and staff didn’t speak or understand English language. We stayed a week, there was no change to breakfast menu.
