The "Little Sunset Sanctuary" is a brand new guest house located in the Historic district in Boise off of Sunset Avenue. It's been professionally designed and curated for a luxurious experience for two. The studio guest house includes a custom built king bed with pull out nightstands and built in reading lights, a deceivingly large galley kitchen with bar top to dine at or to be used for more prep space in the kitchen area. Along with a full washer and dryer in the unit with extra storage for your luggage. Every corner of this studio was designed with purpose, you have a desk space for remote working or afternoon coffee, and a cozy chair for relaxing and reading in the evening. If the weather is amenable you can enjoy the outside dining and seating with a fully private yard with twinkle lights and beautiful green sail to provide some coverage and shade. Back inside includes a smart TV, a full coffee/wine bar and a full sized luxurious bathroom with intentional storage and beautiful custom picked tile shower, finished with brushed golden brass fixtures.
