The room and linens were very clean. But the bed was like sleeping on a board. They wanted an extra $47 for two people for breakfast. I'll never go back.

The room was clean, as I've experienced before at various Hilton Garden Inns. The man at the front desk, Gray, was amazing. He was clearly born to work in hospitality. I hope you consider his career, and bend over backwards to keep him at Hilton.
