The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Right in downtown Boise and great for a stay. The bed in our room was very hard and my husband and I both struggled sleeping through the night, and I woke up with a pretty sore back. I always wish the shower closed completely. It was a cold shower and the floor was drenched. It didn’t make sense to me that it would only have half a wall closing in the shower other than a modern look. Overall we wouldn’t stay again, after all the bed is the most important part of a stay. But i appreciate the hotel for what it was
