This is a lovely hotel. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is in a mall area, so plenty of food options and shopping if you need to go. I forgot some things in my room, and they called, which I appreciated.

Don’t bother with online check in- you have to show your ID and do it again anyway. The facility was dirty from the beginning. Elevator was the first tip off. Our room looked decent until we went to the bathroom. Dust and hair all over the bathroom. Beds hard as a rock and AC barely worked. Spend the extra money to get a better hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff has no idea who has a reservation on what day. They cancelled the reservation that was already paid for even though there was an approved late arrival then they tried Most of the amenities did not work or were out of order. No conveniences or services on property. Exp. they have laundry service but no detergent or way to get change/coins for machines, gym/workout facility was closed, etc.

It was a very comfortable stay. The purpose of my stay was for a heart medical procedure. I was able to relax the night before the procedure and rest afterwards.

We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo.

Common areas, hallways and elevator were very dirty and were not cleaned or vacuumed the entire 5 days I stayed. I asked for my room to be cleaned the 4th day and the garbage was taken out and towels replaced but nothing was cleaned and the bed was not made.

Just not the best La Quinta we’ve stayed in. Mold on ceiling in bathroom, odd room set up. Not dirty, but also not the cleanest. The hallways had a stale, almost cigarette smell to them.
