We had an ok stay at the Modern 4BR w/Hot Tub house in Boise. Overall the communication was good and the house was clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 6 players staying at the house with myself. I was disappointed that they were out of laundry detergent, so I was not able to wash jerseys and gear after the games. I was also disappointed in the limited amount and poor quality towels (cheap and stained). The house is beat up from the flooring popping up, walls/baseboards and overall upkeep. The front bedroom window would not shut and lock, which posed a safety issue. The front entry keypad and door were also temperamental. Lastly, we upgraded our VRBO choice for the hot tub and I was very disappointed. The "hot" tub was lukewarm at best. A positive was that it was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
