Hotel currently under renovation- we stayed in the “old” part, with construction mess. Check in was great- friendly clerk. Room is large, but old. Bed uncomfortable, but clean. Housekeeping left our door open all day- didn’t close all the way because door doesn’t fully close unless forced. Great location by river & winery. Would strongly advise to pass on the “free” breakfast!

Horrible Service if you Decide to eat food
Unfortunately I was here for a stay cation with my daughter on her 11th birthday. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, checked us in early and even gave me a drink coupon and free desert. Her and I swam in the indoor pool and then made our way out to the outdoor pool. The outdoor area so dirty, there were empty cups all over, we finished swimming and went back to our room. I tried calling for room service multiple times with no answer, tried calling the front desk again not a single answer. The next morning my daughter and her friend who also was staying went to the breakfast buffet while the adults packed and loaded the car. While at breakfast the waitress was extreamly rude, when she asked where the milk was she was told "its right in front of your face", they weren't checked up on, they weren't offered any drinks, the bill was brought instantly to her and she was shuffling stuff around the table for the bill and ended up touching her food, the server tried to take her plate of food while she was still eating and when she said wait i'm still working the server rolled her eyes and walked away. My daughter called me while eating upset and in tears by how she was getting treated. By the time I was finished packing up my car and starting to head over to the buffet she came back to our room asking to just leave. Great start, horrible ending.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pools. Wished the outdoor pool was open earlier than 4 pm. Your heating it let people use it!
