Staff was responsive & pleasant, got hot tub working promptly. Loved the tea/cocoa/coffee setup, great for late night relaxing when come in from a full day. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning. One thing I noticed was one morning a guy split his cereal and the staff person standing around didn't try to help by getting him a broom, he had to struggle with a napkin to clean up. Liked the board of local activities, facilities, and eating.

Interesting concept. Small room. No safe. When someone in the room above us was showering it sounded loud in our wall next to the bed. At first I thought the water was leaking and going to come through the wall.
