This brand new villa can accommodate up to 6 people, comes with a spacious terrace with sea view, a private swimming pool, BBQ and an outstanding panoramic view by day and night of the surrounding nature, the green hills of Bol and the sea. Closest beach: 10-15 minutes on foot. Zlatni Rat beach: 30 minutes on foot. Bol center: 10-15 minutes on foot.

This completely new house is located in a tranquil area of Bol and is well-situated with two restaurants and a supermarket in its vicinity as well as the stop for the tourist road train that travels between Zlatni Rat, the Dominican monastery (and its nearby beaches) and the town centre at specific times of the day.
House "Villa BOLKA" has three spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a comfortable living area with a dining table, a sofa bed and a satellite TV, and the sleek, modern kitchen comes with all the appliances you may need.
The bright living area has sliding glass doors leading out onto a spacious sea-facing terrace with swiming pool and sun deck, an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals, morning coffee with a view or just sitting back and enjoying the beautiful sunset.
