Overall, I don’t have much complains as it’s a good location and we were able to stay in this place with no major issues. But from money for value perspective, I’m not really happy for the value we got.
Here are some issues: the queen bed in the living room was two twins merged together. And while I was sleeping on it, the wood that holds the bed started dropping and I had to fix it to make it stable.
There were no complimentary tea or coffee or salt or olive oil or anything in that regard. We stayed here 9-10 days and there were only two rolls of toilet paper for two people. It’s so easy to make us feel welcomed with some complimentary items. But we didn’t feel that way. Other places we stayed in Italy had much better hospitality.
The house overall, looked like it was deserted, there were tools, bins or not used pieces of some equipment all over the place which didn’t give the feeling of a nice place to stay.
I’d recommend this place if you don’t care at all about where you’re staying, but for us we wanted to feel welcomed and comfortable when we get back home at night (especially with a baby) and unfortunately we didn’t feel that way.
I think wonderful italy team can put a bit more effort into this home and make it a much better place to stay for their guests.
