Don’t count on having a place to stay.

We are traveling with a 7 month old and requested a pack and play. The property listing says one is available on request. Never got a response. Then we tried to contact for check in instructions. Also via the property’s listings instructions… no response. So we weren’t about to arrive in Bologna with a baby not knowing if we had a place to stay. Thanks to Hotels.com for sorting us with a better more reliable property. I would avoid booking this place.

Die Lage ist fantastisch - zu Fuß kann man das ganze Zentrum erreichen. Self-Check-in ermöglicht auch späte anreisen unkompliziert. Küchenausstattung mittelmäßig - nur 2 Trinkgläser (für 5 Personen). Und leider ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr hellhörig. Wer abends Ruhe braucht muss unbedingt etwas anderes buchen. Es war jeden Abend Lärm von der Galerie Unterführung bis weit nach Mitternacht zu hören. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war trotz Abwesenheit perfekt und freundlich.
