The hotel has been excellent. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, Very well maintained and spotless rooms. A large range of food for breakfast and a wonderful secret garden for relaxing after a wonderful day exploring Bologna. Also a little haven for pre or post dinner drinks. Close enough to the old town for a stroll through the porticos but not swamped with tourists. Thoroughly recommend it.
