Room had everything you needed except a kettle and coffee machine. Bath was a good size. Digital light switches problematic. Breakfast noisy due to the chairs being scrapped along the floor. Limited bread choice. Coffee in the pots was cold. Should have had a coffee machine. Mirror needed above bedroom unit. Noisy corridors. No restaurant although menu on display. Expensive for what it offered.

The hotel was in a great location, easy walking to the centre of the city, a lot of nearby eateries and shops. The staff were all friendly and all spoke English, and even though it was opposite the railway station and Via Emilia, it was very quiet both during the day and the evening. The Marconi Express made it a seven minute ride from the airport which was a great bonus.!

When we went to shower, the tub was backing up with yellow water and floating debris. Since we were already late to our show,we now had to leave without taking a shower .This small studio room was over $600.00 per night ! After complaining to the staff, we were left 2 cocktail vouchers . As it was , I was paying for 3 nights and only staying two. I think they should have done a bit more .

We arrived after 36 hours of travel and no luggage (lost). They helped with some toiletries and were welcoming. Across from train station worked well for our travels

Wonderful hotel.

We had a very nice stay at yhis hotel. The check in staff were very courteous and helpful. The bartender was very nice as well. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and the tub was hugh. The main reason for choosing this hotel was its close proximity to the train station, right across the street.
