Schöner Urlaub

Schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Das einzige was fehlt wäre eine Kelle und eine gute Pfanne😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sauberkeit ist eine Tugend und wird hier nicht gelebt ...

Objekt: Ferienpark Papillon, Wohnung 11/8, Kastanienallee 24, Boltenhagen. Check-In-Vorgang/Schlüsselabholung in Boltenhagen ist vertretbar. Im Vorfeld haben wir nach einem Wäschepaket gefragt. Wir erhielten die Antwort, dass aufgrund Corona die Wäsche selbst abgeholt und die Betten selbst bezogen werden müssen, da das Personal die Wohnung nicht betreten dürfe. Da stellt sich direkt die Frage nach der Sauberkeit, wenn das Service-Personal die Wohnung nicht betreten darf. Also haben wir Bettwäsche & Handtücher selber mitbegracht, da wir eh alles selbst beziehen mussten und auf der Stelle 100 Euro gespart. Und die Sauberkeit? Ja, die lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. Die FeWo ist arg verwohnt. Alle Griffe kleben, an den Fensterscheiben laufen Nasen von von etwas, was ich mir gar nicht vorstellen will. Die Dusche ist stockig und hat schwarze Flecken wo man nur hinschaut. Die Toilette riecht extrem nach Urinstein, egal ob man das Gerät putzt oder mit einem Duftstein bestückt. Der Duft hängt einem in der ganzen Wohnetage in der Nase. Man hat zwei Waschbecken. Absolut toll, wenn man mit 5 Personen reist! Eines davon ist allerdings verstoft und läuft nicht ab, das zweite gibt das Wasser am Wandanschluss direkt in das Badezimmer ab. Am Badspiegel konnte man nach dem Duschen eine Nachricht des Vorbewohners lesen, welchem die fehlende Sauberkeit auch schon aufgefallen sein muss. Ansonsten ist die FeWo mit allerhand verbogenen Utensilien, klebrigen Gläsern und schmutzigen Teppichen/Auslegern ausgestattet. Ach, und die Betten darf ich nicht vergessen! Für 5 Personen sind 6 Betten vorhanden. Plus ein Kinderbettchen. Also gut! Die Matratzenaufleger hatten Schwitz- und andere Flecken, die Kissen sind schmutzig und werden vermutlich erst nach der Saison ausgetauscht/gewaschen. Man erinnere sich an "das Personal darf die Wohnung wegen Corona nicht betreten!". Die Gebühr für Endreinigung ist vermutlich noch ein Überbleibsel aus der Zeit vor Corona und dient jetzt zur Aufbesserung der Mieteinnahmen. Es gibt aber auch etwas Positives zu berichten. Die Wohnung liegt strandnah – nicht 250 Meter wie in der Anzeige beschrieben – aber dennoch nah. Zu Fuss 365 Meter ;) In der Nähe sind Aldi & Markant (ca. 500 Meter). Boltenhagen ist fussläufig in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Boltenhagen ist ein kleiner Ort mit Seebrücke und Steilküste. Die Fischbrötchen sind lecker – das Personal manchmal recht mürrig. Boltenhagen gerne wieder - Papillon NEIN DANKE!
