This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in an easily walkable area. Quiet and safe for this single traveler. Walk to train station as well. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. Breakfast was easy and delicious. Front desk staff was not super friendly day/night but nothing horrible, just not really welcoming or helpful. Focused on other things. Claimed they were short staffed? I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it.

Fantastic location for exploring Bolzano’s main sights by foot! Never expected a grand piano and wet bath/sauna in the room and view of Walther Square. Wow, what a lovely surprise! Great room amenities, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Hotel Greif on the Plaza

Great hotel on the main square. The pool was a highlight. Had a roomy suite with eccentric artwork. Pleasant staff. Good bar. Again great pool and outdoor area with the sister hotel.
