• Nearby parking fee: BRL 50 per day (98 ft away; open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
• Pet fee: BRL 100 per pet, per stay

• Late check-in fee: BRL 100 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
