If you need to work remotely, a dedicated private office provides a comfortable and quiet space. When you're ready for the beach, we have you covered. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels, a cart, and a cooler for your trips to the nearby shores.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, the kitchen, multiple living spaces, the game room, the dedicated office, the private pool and patio, the boat dock, and the two-car garage. Entry is seamless with a private entrance.

* **The pool can be heated upon request for $25/day. Please let us know upon booking or at least 2 days prior to your arrival so that we can prepare. Pool heating is invoiced separately and is not included in the nightly rate.

* For your security and peace of mind, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home.

* There is currently construction underway on a house next door. There may be occasional daytime noise during standard working hours. Construction is scheduled for completion by November 2026.
