Featuring: 2 bedrooms (master and guest), den and 2 bathrooms. Comfortably furnished and boasting a large living and dining area and large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and table. The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry and built-in equipment . The floor-plan is open and spacious, giving the condo a large, open feeling. It benefits from a single car attached garage and driveway parking. Additional guest parking is available nearby and the community pool is just a few steps away.

Spanish Wells is a gated golf course & tennis community and lies close to world class shopping and dining. Just minutes away are the sandy white beaches of SW Florida. Everything you could possibly wish for in a vacation in the sun. Please note that it is available for the month of January 2024.

February get away

The property was in a great location, pool directly across the street. Very easy to get to grocery store, restaurants and anything you might need. It was clean comfortable. Loved sitting on the lanai in the early morning at sunrise, very peaceful and relaxing. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Loved the 2 to 3 mile walk around the neighborhood as well.
