Don't expect a red carpet

My travel plans shifted and I arrived a day late at the hotel without notification (my fault). Because of this, B&B canceled my reservation altogether, and I ended up paying for an additional night simply to avoid broiling in the midsummer German heat. Neither Hotels.com nor B&B offered me any sympathy. The fairly cold hotel staff were unable to offer me so much as a discount for my troubles. Even free breakfast would've been nice! I'm a bit frustrated that an "oopsie" ended up costing me 200% more than I originally paid.

Bathroom was a bit small but clean. Room as adequate in size and clean as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took overnight trips from Bonn to Cologne and Amsterdam and they held onto our large luggage for us which was a huge help. The bus stop was out of commission due to road construction which was not helpful but that is no fault of the hotel.

This was a good price and quite comfortable. The shower was nice and steady temperature, the beds comfortables. The room was small but effective as well as the bathroom. Havent see a big bathroom to date anywhere. The breakfast was excellent, GF and DF for me, fruits and toast and boiled eggs. The staff was helpful. The air cond was working well and we added a fan. They also brought us more pillows. I would be back for sure. Easy to walk downtown or take the tram.

Nice hotel within a walking distance from the historic center of Bonn. Good condition, clean, and nice staff. The leaking overflow pipe of our bathroom handbasin was addressed as soon as we reported it. Will stay again at this hotel when in Bonn next time.

AC didn’t work at all. Couldn’t open windows wide enough to let enough fresh air in. It was sooooooooo hot, couldn’t fall asleep whole night, despite the fact it was 12 degrees outside. Staff was very friendly and welcoming though.
