Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Der schon renovierte Bereich sieht sehr gut aus. Leider hatten wir ein älteres Zimmer. Von der Ausstattung sehr gut aber etwas alt. Die Lage ist super direkt in der Innenstadt.

Guter Aufenthalt in Bonn

Das Consul Retro ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist unserer Meinung nach nicht tragisch, da Service etc ok sind. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein Teil des Hotels befindet sich in der Umbauphase zum "Black Hotel", so dass die Bilder von Reception, Bar u Frühstücksraum nicht mehr aktuell sind. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern gezeigt.Die Lage ist gut, es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt zu Fuß.Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt !

Vorrübergehende Probleme?

Die Sanitäranlagen sollten stärker geputzt und gewartet werden. Die Rohre hatten sichtbare Ablagerungen und die Dichtungen könnten festgezogen werden (es spritze Wasser durch). Allgemein war es recht laut, man hat (unangenehm) viel von den anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Probleme in Bezug auf den Zustand des Hotels, scheinen aktuell durch Renovierungsarbeiten behoben zu werden. Ich hoffe (für das Hotel und seine Angestellten), dass die Probleme mit der Renovierung / Umorganisation behoben werden können.

Consul Retro er blitt medlem i Black Hotels og pusser opp hotellet/rommene. Dessverre blir alt svart -dører, vegger, dørlister og golv males/skifter til svart og det blir tungt og trist. Kikket inn på rom under oppussing og det så ut til å være dempet/lite belysning, noe som ikke er bra med tanke på at en trenger mer lys for å se godt til eldre en blir. Hadde heldigvis ikke oppusset rom.

Friendly receptionists right from first day and also on last day there in the early morning hours, they answered if I had a query promptly. A very quiet hotel, though depends on the travelers at the time, but the room was nice peaceful and refreshing.

Erster Eindruck: es war uns zu dunkel. Das Licht im Badezimmer konnte man nicht aus machen. Es gab nicht genügend Handtücher (2 Personen). Leider gab es keinen Parkplatz vor der Tür, und das Parkhaus wurde um 22 Uhr geschlossen. Schlechtes Fernsehbild.

Liebevoll geführtes Hotel

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel und das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz gehört zum Hotel. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher abschreckend, aber zum Shoppen ideal gelegen. Nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone.

Gut zu erreichen sowohl vom Flughafen als auch Bahnhöfe Bonn und Siegburg. Parken zu annehmbaren Preisen auf dem Hotelhof. Frühstück umfassend. Zimmer und Bad angenehme Abmäße. Fenster lässt sich öffnen.
