I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel

Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments.

Amazing value for money

Amazing room, property was very clean and they provided some amenities like drinks and snacks that were very nice too. Check-in and -out was seamless and very easy/convenient. Location was great too, as there are both supermarkets and food places nearby and the city center was only a short bus ride away, with the bus stop right outside the door.

Let Down By The Bathroom

The room was comfortable and well equipped but the bathroom had issues. The drain to the shower was blocked and resulted in the flooding of the room's floor. The issue was hair in the drain - and we shouldn't have had to clear this to make the shower serviceable. We had to use our bath towels to mop up the water. There was no body gel in the shower dispenser. There was only a part used roll of toilet paper. It soon ran out.

3rd time in this hotel

This is my third stay here for work so they must do something right. It is in a secluded location with 100m walk to gt to the main road where the tram takes you directly to the town centre. Therefore in a few minutes you can be in the town centre but have a peaceful and tranquil setting. It has a friendly atmosphere with a little park/playground attached. Breakfasts are simple in a German style but good quality and a reasonable choice. Likely to stay again.

Decent overnight stay, quiet area!!

This was a nice stop over after being tired and wanting to find some where to stop for the evening. The hotel was fairly empty and quiet which was nice. There were facilities for working out and a sauna within the hotel but the hours didn't work with my schedule on this stay. The only down of the stay was the locking mechanism to the door. There was the pull over latch at the top of the door but the actual door didn't have the hole cut out in the door frame. Therefore, the room couldn't lock from its normal locking mechanism at the door handle. This is probably from renovations and had been overlooked when doing inspections. I was fine and comfortable but I don't know how comfortable I would be if a loved one was staying within this room alone. This was obvious after closing the door because the door couldn't seal properly and around the top frame of the door because of the light that came through. When checking out I also waited around and rung the bell for the staff for about 10 mins. Maybe there should be another form of contact rather than the bell if staff will be further away from the reception desk/bar area.

Good hotel but shady management

Great Hotel, but they rip you off to get more money, offer upgrade for your room while not naming upgrade price and making it seem like it’s for free, but then at check out charge you with enormous sums. Mini bar prices are disrespectfully expensive. Rather look for different Hotel while in Bonn.
