We have stayed at this hotel before. Only real criticism was the lack of hot water. When you stay in a hotel you expect to be able to have a shower which we were unable to do. At check out it seemed that there was problem but no offer of reduction in cost or money off the next stay so was a bit disappointed.

Der Hype ist vorbei

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich vor der Eingangstür ist hinüber, dies zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel. So war auch zB der Duschablauf sanierungsbedürftig.Auch der Spabereich hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wobei der Pool wirklich klasse ist. Overrated hotel with Room for Improvement

I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. While the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms to a smaller suit with a view of the Rhime, this came with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing given the circumstances.Overall, the hotel itself is just okay. While it has a reputation for being upscale, I found the customer service to be quite basic and the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. For the price, I expected more attention to detail and better service.
