Unacceptable- the suite we got was smelling disgusting, shouldn’t have been given to customers (confirmed by house keeping) and we had to ask for a new room. The AC wasn’t really working and the room overheated and dirty. Room service unavailable.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate.

Amazing Hotel!!

Amazing hotel, so clean the rooms where huge, beds where comfy. The spa functions are free which if you stay at the hotel you must try out. The pool overlooking the Rhine on a sunny evening is heaven. My only downside is I wish they would have some lights behind the hotel towards the Rhine (there is seating but it's too dark on an evening to sit there)
